Your role

As a Senior ISO, you are the point of contact for customers when it comes to information security. You lead certification processes, carry out in-depth risk analyses and advise management and management on strategic security goals. With your experience, you also act as a mentor for colleagues and contribute to the further growth of our services.

What are you going to do?

• Developing and implementing organization-wide security policy
• Leading ISO 27001 certification processes and supervising external audits
• Performing complex risk and gap analyses
• Advising on compliance with laws and regulations, including NIS2, BIO and other sectoral frameworks
• Providing boardroom advice and sparring at C-level
• Coaching and supervising medior consultants and ISOs

What do you bring?

• At least 5 years of experience as an Information Security Officer, consultant or in a similar senior role
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, risk management and security governance
• Experience in supervising certifications and audits
• Excellent advice and communication skills, including towards management and management
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM or CISSP are a strong advantage
• Fluent in Dutch and English
