Responsible

Navaio is the so-called controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that Navaio decides which personal data is processed, for what purpose and how.

Personal data and purpose of processing

Basis of processing

Navaio must be able to base the use of this personal data on one of the principles of article 6 of the GDPR. The data subject's consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes is one of these principles.

If you fill in your personal data on a form on the website and then submit this form, you thereby give Navaio permission to process the personal data entered for the above purposes.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to view your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR) and the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data (articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR).

If you want to know what personal data Navaio processes about you, you can make a written request for access. Navaio will handle your request within a reasonable time.

Does your information appear to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant? Then you can make an additional request to have your data changed or supplemented (Article 16 GDPR).

You can request the deletion of your data (Article 17 GDPR). Navaio will then delete your personal data immediately, at the latest within one month.
