Your role

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation and optimization of IAM environments. You lead projects, take customers into the possibilities of IAM technology and translate their needs into robust technical solutions. In addition, you coach fellow engineers and ensure that IAM solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

What are you going to do?

• Designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IAM solutions
• Leading IAM projects and advising clients on strategy and best practices
• Setting up lifecycle management, recertification and RBAC models
• Integrating IAM solutions with complex IT and cloud environments
• Developing automation and integrations with PowerShell and Python
• Ensuring solutions meet security and compliance requirements (NIS2, ISO 27001)
• Coaching medior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing within Navaio

What do you bring?

• At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• In-depth knowledge of products such as Omada, HelloID, Microsoft Entra and/or Safeguard
• Extensive experience with protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, SSO)
• Strong background in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python)
• Clear insight into security and compliance around access control
• Strong communicative skills, also towards management and architecture teams
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or CISM are a big advantage
