Is your organization succeeding?

Will your employees successfully notice a phishing simulation? Our experience shows that on average 20% of all participants in a phishing simulation press on a link or leave behind his or her company data. A much too high score, when you consider that one click can be too much. A hacker can therefore be able to take over all relevant business roles within 24 hours.

Phishing remains the most common form of cyber fraud and it is a pre-eminent strategy in which scammers continue to develop. Good information security policy is therefore dynamic and evolves along with developments in the field.

Security is not a product, but a process in which the counterpart is always one step ahead. That is why it is important that you continue to stimulate and train your employees. A phishing simulation is the perfect way to bring theory and practice together.

A phishing simulation as a 0 measurement

Where does your organization stand in terms of Security Awareness? How ‘aware’ are your employees? Many organizations actually have no idea. A 0 measurement offers a solution. If you know what the level of awareness is amongst your employees, you can raise this level with targeted actions. Raise to the desired level.

A phishing simulation is extremely suitable to estimate the level of your employees. How many of your employees leave their login details when an email comes in that they have to register themselves for the staff party? And how many fall for an email about a new Microsoft update?

Phishing simulation:
How does it work?

Every company is different. Whether in terms of size, corporate culture or industry. A phishing simulation is therefore tailor-made to identify this. Together with two of our Security Awareness professionals, we shape your phishing simulation.

Which trigger do we use, so that your employees are inclined to leave their (company) data? When is the phishing simulation sent out? How do we deal with employees who sound an internal alarm? And how do we follow up on the simulation, so that your employees do not fall for a real phishing email?

Our experts provide advice in this process based on their experience. Are you curious about the possible scenarios? Or would you like to know how the results are made transparent? Please contact us at info@navaio.com.

Het belang van detectie

“The phishing campaign was not received with enthusiasm by everyone, but that was not the goal either. It has been a successful campaign where we have reawakened employees and used the opportunity to inform them about unsafe emails and giving away personal data.

It’s great that organizing this campaign was so flexible. In particular, Navaio’s input, the interim updates and the ability to change the information are experienced as pleasant working together.”

Voice phishing

E-mail is not the only channel that lends itself to phishing. Cyber criminals also frequently use the telephone to obtain information. You call this voice phishing or vishing. Receptionists and, for example, helpdesk employees often, unintentionally, provide privacy-sensitive information over the telephone. Information that hackers can then use in their attack.

The purpose of a vhishing simulation is to increase the knowledge level of your employees. Do they know what information they can provide over the phone? And can they withstand the tactics used by the Navaio mystery hacker?

Navaio provides a custom voice phishing service. This will be adapted to your work situation. Are you curious what this could look like for your organization? Mail to jorrit.deruiter@navaio.com. He will be happy to show you how we work with this.
